Since 1981, Powdercoat Services has developed a reputation for paying attention to customer needs.  Each facility has been designed to address a particular demand within the powder finishing industry.    

 A modern testing laboratory is available for customer products.  Samples are coated, using different pre-treatments and powders, allowing the customer to determine the appropriateness of the coating, i.e. adhesion, thickness of coating, edge coverage, etc. We also test castings on a regular basis to avoid loss due to porosity in the casting.

Lab and quality personnel develop process worksheets with production and packaging details including photos for all production jobs.  Testing equipment includes a salt spray booth and products for impact, bend and adhesion testing.

Powdercoat's growth has been determined by our market and the space available in our industrial park.  Plant 2 was converted to an assembly and masking facility after the elimination of our oldest, least efficient mini-coater.  Plant 4 serves primarily as warehousing space, although some sub contract tube bending is also done there.  An additional space is used for warehousing and order fulfillment for one of our large customers.
