PCS has four individual powder coating facilities with the capacity to handle most powder finishing requirements.  We maintain a staff of knowledgeable, experienced powder coating professionals.  Employee training programs are mandatory in efforts to keep individuals informed of any industry changes.  We also keep up-to-date on the latest powder coating quality control standards, such as SPC, TQM and ASTM.

Originally awarded in 2003, Powdercoat Services, Inc, was the first powder coating company in the state to pass the rigorous ISO company-wide management system audit to earn certification.  Additionally, we are one of a very small group of custom coaters nationwide to hold the ISO Certification for metal finishing plus assembly.
