Electrophoretic deposition (EPD) is a durable coating that uses an electrical current to apply paint to metallic surfaces. This unique process applies a consistent coating thickness of the entire surface area, precisely coating all of the recesses and contours of small or complex parts.
Our Los Angeles EPD coating is available in any color and gloss. It also allows you to make a less expensive substrate look like high value metals. For example, by having aluminum look like brass or stainless steel.
PCS's Los Angeles EPD coatings are designed and manufactured in the U.K by a coatings formulator supplying products globally since 1982. The North American market has been serviced from a US based facility since 1991. Custom blending, color matching, distribution and quality control are all done domestically.
Our experienced and knowledgeable staff in Los Angeles employs ISO certified electrocoating processes that provide our customers the best application available. Contact us today to learn more.
